Overview

Outdoor & Storefront Signs.
Made to be seen.

Outdoor signs work at a distance and at speed. A driver on a four-lane road has seconds to catch your name, and a visitor in the parking lot needs to find the entrance. We plan exterior signs around those moments: letter height, contrast, placement and the materials that suit the site. Monument signs, building signs, storefront letters and post-and-panel signs are all designed, produced and installed by our team.

What to send us

A photo of the space or vehicle, rough measurements and your logo are enough to start. No artwork yet? We can design it.

Applications

Built for the setting.

Storefront and building signs

The sign above your door should fit the architecture as well as the brand. We work from photos of the elevation to place letters or a cabinet where they read cleanly, then coordinate the sign with any window graphics below it. For C3 Wellness Spa in Poinciana, the storefront sign was one piece of a complete identity package.

Monument and entrance signs

Monument signs anchor a property at the street. We built them for Unisen Senior Living and Windsor at Celebration, and designed and installed the subdivision entrance signs at Crescent Lakes with router-cut aluminum letters. Bring a site plan or a photo of the entrance, and we’ll design a sign that suits the setting.

Post-and-panel and street signs

Post-and-panel signs handle directories, parking, amenities and tenant listings, while street signs bring order to communities and campuses. Both have to stay legible and consistent across a whole property. We set up one family of sizes, colors and type, so the tenth sign you add looks like it was installed with the first.

Questions about
outdoor & storefront signs.

Straight answers to the questions we hear before most projects. Anything else, call (407) 935-1876.

Do I need a permit for an outdoor sign in Kissimmee?

Usually, yes. Permanent exterior signs typically need a sign permit, and the rules depend on whether the property is inside Kissimmee city limits or in unincorporated Osceola County. Many shopping centers and office parks add their own sign criteria on top. Share the property address at the start, and we’ll design within the limits that apply.

Which materials hold up outdoors?

Aluminum, aluminum composite panel and acrylic are the workhorses for exterior signs because they resist moisture and hold their shape. The right pick depends on the sign type, the sun exposure and the look you want. We route aluminum, acrylic and wood in-house and print graphics with UV-cured inks, then recommend the combination that fits your site.

Should my outdoor sign be illuminated?

If customers look for you after dark, or your hours run into the evening, lighting keeps your name working after sunset. Illuminated channel letters, LED signs and light boxes all stay readable at night. On a well-lit site with daytime traffic, a non-lit dimensional sign can be enough. We’ll weigh both options against your location and budget.

How big should a storefront sign be?

Size starts with the distance people read it from and what the landlord or code allows. Letters that look large on a screen can vanish from across a parking lot. We size every sign from photos of your facade and the real reading distance, then show it to scale on the building before production starts.
